Aspect3sixty, as a Somerset Industrial Rope Access and NDT Company who specialize in supplying services to Companies across the Southwest are this week celebrating an outstanding achievement – receiving a hattrick of Industry accreditations within the space of only one week.
Standards worth living up to
The first accreditation met is the Environmental management systems standard of ISO 14001. ISO, as the governing body of the integration of quality, environmental and occupational health & safety management system standards, requires extremely high commitment levels, which Aspect3Sisty are only to happy to have met. This means that as a company we are fully aware of and keen to manage our environmental responsibilities.
In addition, we have also been awarded the British Standard OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Assessment, in conjunction with provider ISO Quality Services Limited. QSL are one of only 48 companies to receive a Princess Royal Training Award in 2018 for commitment to training and skills excellence; such is the expertise of their training.
Completing the hat trick is the achievement of our SSIP certificate of accreditation from CHAS.
CHAS is the Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme and the founder member of SSIP which stands for Safety Schemes in Procurement. This umbrella organisation promotes a common standard regarding health and safety compliance throughout a supply train of contractors. CHAS has more than 70,000 contractors registered on its database and facilitates mutual recognition between differing health and safety assessment schemes; reducing unnecessary assessments and needless bureaucracy whilst still offering cost and time effective best working practices for a project. A win-win situation for clients who will still receive the highest work, health and safety standards whilst saving work hours and money on a contract.
SSIP assessments are approved by HSE (The Health and Safety Executive). This Government agency is the Occupational Health and Safety System in Great Britain and recognises Rope Access as a specific working method.
A trio of accreditations we’re proud to have
Aspect3Sixty’s Managing Director Richie Milton said of the trio of accreditations:
“We are extremely proud to have obtained these three accreditations in such a short space of time. As a company, we aim to offer services that have as low an impact on the environment as possible, as well as continually looking to improve our safety standards. All three of these accreditations are paramount in securing our reputation as a company that is committed to the continuous improvement of our services.”
The Benefits: Non-Disruptive, Time & Cost Effective with Unparalleled Safety
Established in 2015 and already holding a faultless safety record; this trio of achievements will continue to ensure that Aspect3sixty can offer our own brand of expertise to companies who already rely on or wish to explore the benefits of our services; which include minimal disruption to business, reduced time and costs as well as being at the forefront of health and safety and best working practices.
